All presented candidates are screened so that we are comfortable they have the core competencies and skills required to perform the role, are interested in our client’s vacancy and are in the right salary bracket.
We are willing to assist in the client interviews and remain involved until the appointment decision has been made, and we make ourselves available as mediators between the client and presented candidates right up to the point where the offer is accepted.
